Ans: These phones are classed as ‘Kit Only’, where we do not provide accessories or box. You will receive just the phones itself.

What is the returns policy?
Ans: We provide 14-day returns on all our recycled phones. If any phone turns out to be faulty, we will accept it back, but only within the 14 days’ period. You need to fill in the RMA form that can be found on the forms page. Please note that we do not provide any returns on brand new phones.
How can I pay?
Ans: We only accept bank transfers. All goods will be dispatched upon receiving full payment.Please note we do not provide any returns on brand new phones.
How can I get stock updates?
Ans: We update our website everyday with the updated stock list. You can also call us anytime for an updated list. You can also find our contact numbers on the contact us page. You can also sign up to receive our stocklist by mail by typing your email in the sign up box on the bottom of the page.

Can the goods be delivered?
Ans: Yes, we deliver in the UK. The orders should be placed before 4pm for next day delivery (Mon-Fri).Charges may apply accordingly.

Do you offer warranty on phones?
Ans: Recycled phones come with a limited warranty of 14 days for returns in case of faults. Brand new phones typically carry the manufacturer’s warranty.
What happens if I receive a faulty phone?
Ans: If a phone is faulty, you can return it within 14 days of purchase using our RMA form found on the forms page.
Do you provide accessories for phones?
